2. Service Agreement

2.1 Estimates and Contracts: All project estimates provided are valid for 30 days and subject to approval. A signed contract is required before work begins, detailing the scope, timeline, and payment terms.

2.2 Workmanship and Warranties: We guarantee professional results and stand by the quality of our work. Warranty terms will be provided in the contract specific to each project.

2.3 Cancellations: Clients may cancel scheduled services with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a fee.

2.4 Site Preparation and Access: Clients must provide access to the worksite as agreed. Any delays caused by restricted access or unprepared sites may result in additional charges or rescheduling.

3. Payment Terms

3.1 Pricing: Pricing is based on the scope of work, materials, and other factors outlined in the contract. Any changes to the project scope will require a revised estimate and approval.

3.2 Payment Schedule: Payments are due as outlined in the contract. For most projects, an initial deposit is required to secure scheduling, with final payment due upon completion of the work.

3.3 Late Payments: Late payments may incur additional fees. Forerunner Professional Painting reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment.

4. Limitations of Liability

4.1 Property Damage: While we take every precaution to protect your property, Forerunner Professional Painting is not liable for pre-existing conditions, unforeseen damages, or losses caused by third-party interference.

4.2 Service Limitations: We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, such as weather, supply chain disruptions, or other force majeure events.

4.3 Indemnification: By using our services, you agree to indemnify and hold Forerunner Professional Painting harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these terms or misuse of our services.
